Delivery and refund policy

DEFINITIONS

    1. “Company” or “Website Owner” – means Elite Concierge Group – FZCO, having its registered office at IFZA Properties Dubai Silicon Oasis, Reg.number: 21169.
    2. “Website” – means the website: https://skin2go.net;
    3. “User” or “You”, “Yours” – means a person, who is at least 18 years old and agrees to follow these Terms and Conditions;
    4. “Services” – means the services provided to the User by the Website Owner through the Website;

 

INTRODUCTION

    1. Where you are ordering Services at the Website, the following delivery and refund policy will apply:

 

DELIVERY POLICY

    1. Upon successful purchase of the Skin on the Website the User will receive purchased Skin on his Account opened by the User on the Website.
    2. The Website Owner guarantees that the User will receive the Skin or its equivalent. Ordinarily, the process of displaying a Skin takes up to 10 (ten) minutes.

 

REFUND POLICY

    1. The Skins are qualified as digital content (virtual in-game items) and due to their specifics are exempt from the general withdrawal right upon the User’s prior express consent. All matters with the Skins are final and can not be reversed.
    2. All Services are deemed to be fully performed at the time of granting you access to the Services accordingly. This is exempt from the general withdrawal right upon the User’s prior express consent.
    3. The User should always keep in mind that the Website Owner starts processing the purchase once the User’s payment is approved. Ordinarily, it takes seconds to confirm the payment, but it may take longer depending on the User’s payment method. Any delay in payment processing does not constitute non-delivery and does not give rise to a refund.
    4. In the case when the User has not received the ordered Skins/ Service or received it but not in full, please contact the Website Owner: [email protected]. The Website Owner will proceed with the refund upon the non-delivery confirmation.
    5. If the User made a mistake during the payment, User must contact the Website Owner via [email protected] within 24 (twenty four) hours after making an erroneous payment with a request for a refund, providing a detailed explanation and attaching, if available, all possible evidence.
    6. Refund period may take up to 45 (forty-five) calendar days, depending on Your payment method. All purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase.
    7. Once Your refund is inspected, the Website Owner will send You an email to notify of the approval or rejection of Your refund.
    8. The Website Owner will credit the refund amount to Your Account balance, if Your payment method does not support refunds.
    9. The Website Owner guarantees to make reasonable efforts to solve any of Your requests in good faith and under applicable legislation.
